Dr. Jordan

Founder of Center for Global Training

Dr. Jordan is founder of Center for Global Training, a soft skills training company. She specializes in training and development of soft skills.

She does not believe she can gain cultural experience from just reading a textbook, so her goal is to see as much of the world as she can while training and developing others. An advocate for education, she became a trainer, keynote and motivational and keynote speaker on “How to Bounce Back When the Odds are Against you.” Her motto is, “I CARE”! She wants to make a difference in her community and the world in which she lives by mentoring young women.

She holds a doctorate degree in International Business and Management; MBA in Human Resources Management; MBA in Marketing; B.S. in Management and 30 credits in Higher Education Supervision. Additionally, she is a Certified Management Consultant, Human Resources Consultant and Leadership Consultant. She took 8 Courses in Homeland Security with the Center from Homeland Defense and Security, The Naval Postgraduate School.

Known as TJ, she has lived or visited 32 countries to date – Barbados, Colombia, Canada, United Arab Emirates, Morocco, Greece, India, Aruba, Bahamas, France, Kenya, UK, USA, Oman, Kuwait, Jamaica, Grenada, Germany, The Netherlands, (to name a few) and considers herself open minded to cultural experiences.
